Transactions filters
A filter is a field and a value. Most filter UIs hand you both at once, so you're looking at every option the system has before you've decided what you're asking. This one gives you the field first and the value only once you've picked it. An empty filter is a plus, a set one is a sentence you can read back and dismiss.
